I played tennis today. Well, sort of played, since neither of us really knew what we were doing.
D looked up the rules on the internet and I supplied a pair of old tennis rackets and a few old balls. We were so bad it was futile to keep any kind of score, so really we just practiced hitting it back and forth. There was a lot of running after balls and jumping around so the main objective—to get fresh air and exercise—was achieved.
I know people who would pretend like they don't know me if I told them I played tennis.... Those people can suck it because tennis is fun.
I live in a “racquet club”. I might as well take advantage of the amenities since they are right here and I don't have to sit in traffic to go somewhere to get exercise. That includes the hot tub and pool, as soon as they reopen. I've been so tense I could really use a hot tub or massage....
My optometrist recommended craniosacral massage to help my eyes respond better to my prescription. It's also been recommended for my temporomandibular joint syndrome and head and neck pain. I'm a little scared to check it out.

Try the craniosacral. I have never tried it but the rest of my family raves about it. There was only ever one person who legally practised it in my city and then she moved to Montreal and my parents complain that she up and left them on a nearly daily basis. I've heard that it's very intense and very painful but very very very effective... or maybe it's weird that a 17 year old knows anything about it at all.
